What we collect
When you fill out the booking form, we collect your name, email, phone number, event type, event date, headcount, venue, and the message you write. That's it.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to your booking request, schedule the event, and confirm details. We do not sell, rent, or share your info with third-party marketing services.
Where it lives
Submissions are emailed to our team inbox (book@limelight2k.com) and stored in our calendar/CRM. We don't run analytics that try to follow you around the internet.
How long we keep it
Active booking conversations: indefinitely while the event is being planned. After the event: up to 24 months for repeat-customer outreach, then deleted on request. Email us if you want it sooner.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking cookies. We don't run Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or session replay. Your browser may store one tiny preference cookie if you toggle anything, but that stays on your machine.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your info at any time by emailing book@limelight2k.com. We'll confirm within seven days.
