Quotes
Quotes are valid for 30 days. We honor the number we send you, even if the actual event takes a strange turn.
Booking + deposit
A 25% non-refundable deposit holds the date. The balance is due 7 days before the event. Pay by ACH, card, or Venmo Business.
Cancellation
Cancel 30+ days out: deposit is forfeit, balance refunded if pre-paid. Inside 30 days: balance also forfeit. Reschedule once within 12 months for no fee, subject to availability.
Travel
Free inside Pierce + Kitsap Counties. Outside: $1.25/mile from Gig Harbor + mileage time at $35/hr. Quoted up front.
Power, parking, load-in
You provide reliable AC power (2 dedicated 20-amp circuits within 100ft), one parking spot within 100ft of load-in, and a 6ft folding table. We bring everything else.
Damage + injury
You're responsible for damage to our gear caused by your guests (knocked-over speaker, spilled drink in the mic). We carry $1M liability insurance for the rest. Certificate of insurance available on request.
Recording + photos
We may take photos and short clips for our portfolio and social, with faces non-identifiable in groups. Tell us in writing if you want a full opt-out — we'll honor it.
Sound levels
We set sound to room-appropriate levels. We're happy to lower volume on request and required to comply with venue/permit limits.
Force majeure
If the event cancels for reasons outside both our controls (weather, public health orders, venue collapse) we'll reschedule within 12 months at no penalty.
Disputes
Reasonable people sort things out by talking. If we can't, disputes are governed by Washington State law and handled in Pierce County, WA.
